Kitchen and Bath Carpenter
Must have knowledge and experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels and products. We are looking for someone with at least five years of construction experience who desires a long-term position and knows how to do a project right the first time.
Job role includes renovation projects from frame to finish - including demolition, installation of subfloor, flooring, cabinetry, tile, hardware, trim, drywall, plaster, touch-up paint, etc.
The ability to take direction and prioritize teamwork with our project manager, designer, and subcontractors is a must.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient and tidy
- Ability to read plans
- Initiative to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision
- Builds trust by being a team player and keeping the focus on the success of the entire company
- Works well alone and with a team
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle as well as tools and the required insurance
Priorities:
- Installation of subfloor, flooring, and tile
- Installation of cabinetry
- Complete punch-list items for kitchen and bath projects (i.e. baseboard installation, patch sheetrock, install hardware, paint/caulking)
- Minor sheetrock repair and replacement
- Clean-up after project completion
Additional Tasks:
- Demolition of kitchens, bathrooms and flooring
- Pick up and deliver materials
- Assist in the installation of stone countertops

Countertop Installer
We are looking to hire an installer with at least three years of granite and quartz countertop experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Initiative to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Efficient and tidy
- Builds trust by being a team player and keeping the focus on the success of the entire company
Priorities:
- Removal of existing countertops
- Installation of granite and quartz countertops
- Clean-up
- Deliver materials and templates to shop and job site
Additional Tasks:
- Template countertops - minimum two years of experience
- Pick up and deliver supplies and materials to job sites
- Demolition of cabinetry, tile, hardwood, baseboard, etc.
- Carpentry experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle as well as the required insurance
Pay is to be determined based on experience.
