Crystal joined Emerald City Kitchen & Bath in 2020 and brings with her years of kitchen and bath industry experience dating back to 2005.

As our Project Manager, she is committed to helping customers have a well-organized, positive renovation experience from start to finish. Whether she is coordinating schedules, keeping projects on track, visiting the job site, or helping resolve concerns, Crystal is there to support both the team and the homeowner every step of the way.



Crystal resides in New Bedford with her husband and their two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys working on her own home, gardening, baking, and riding her motorcycle.

Carrie and Jeremy are the owners of Emerald City Kitchen & Bath. As a husband-and-wife team, they are passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces with quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a personal touch.

Jeremy brings more than 30 years of experience in construction project management, contracting, and leadership, along with over 20 years of kitchen remodeling and design experience. His professional background includes service in the U.S. Navy on nuclear submarines and years in operations, where he developed a deep respect for precision, safety, and doing things the right way.

Today, he applies that same disciplined approach to remodeling, with a special passion for kitchens and a strong focus on quality, detail, and code-compliant work.

Carrie is a former nurse whose compassion, communication, and attention to people help create a positive experience for every customer. Together, Carrie and Jeremy have remodeled multiple homes of their own, giving them firsthand understanding of the remodeling process from both the contractor’s and homeowner’s perspective.

They love helping customers create spaces they truly enjoy living in, and nothing means more to them than seeing the satisfaction that comes with a beautifully finished project.
